September thirteen 2020, the public welfare donating activity which was 99 welfare conference which was China Council for the Promotion of Nationalities Trad China Children and Teenagers' Fund flying plan and combined with AEC was held in Dangba primary school in Cheng Guan of Lhasa.

This activity was hosted by Duo Jiyoujia who was vice-president of Political Consultation Conference in Cheng Guan of Lhasa, key participants were Zhang Fuyang who was the vice-president of China Council for the Promotion of Nationalities Trad, Zhao Lin who was the minister of public welfare department of China Council for the Promotion of Nationalities Trad, Cao Yufan who was director of flying plan of China Children and Teenagers' Fund, Sun Zhen who was marketing directors of AEC Lighting Solutions Co., Ltd; The leaders at all levels in Chen Guan government, the Department for Education, emergency office in Cheng Guan of Lhasa participated public welfare donating activity.

In the donating activity, as the member of Standing Council of China Council for the Promotion of Nationalities Trad which was AEC, donated emergency and rescue lights which valued 105 thousand yuan for Emergency Management Agency in Cheng Guan of Lhasa, was appreciated sincerely by relative departments of Cheng Guan of Lhasa.
